Perfect explanation Dr. Mahesh..,though it may appear scary to some, fact is that every thing in this universe has an expiry date and so as the heart & its muscles. Apart from a time bound deteriorations as per the genome sequencing, which is decided at the time of birth itself. Another improtant factor, which is variable person to person, that if the heart pumping rate is high, heart pump is used more, so life shall proportinatly reduce...!

Sir, I have 169 centimetres of height and 67 kg weight since previous 25 years and don't smoke, don't drink alcoholic products, don't take any kind of cold drink, don't take tobacco products of any kind and don't eat anything which is made in factories like biscuits. I am from defence background and continuously exercise almost five days a week from 1985. I sustained spine injury in 2004 which impacted my cervical C2 to C7 and have gone three survival surgeries from Max hospital Delhi ,Fortis hospital Noida and Indian Spinal Injuries Centre Basant Kunj New Delhi. During operation at ISIC for ACDF my both lower limbs was paralyzed but luckily I recovered fully. I have insomnia. Despite all the above my heart rate always remain elevated between 85 to 120. Now I am fifty eight years old. I also take alprazolam 0.5 mg and amitriptyline 25 mg since previous 11 years. I also walk 5 kilometres at least five days a week.May I request you to explain why my heart rate always remain elevated .

Iska matlab sir, the things we take for granted are the crucial things for health, like cardio in gym , daily with consistency only 5% of corporate people do it. Every weekend colleagues are drunk , smoking pot , smoking ciggerates is way too common like there is ciggerate break you can take by informing boss , then coming back eating shit loads of carbs roti sabji daal chawal no strength training no cardio , this is what a corporate lifestyle is for majority. But I left this lifestyle I'm 22 age. I noticed importance of taking care of my body. I seriously eat clean and do exercise I lost 30 kg of fat. Because my motivation is looking young n fit at later age. And my stress issues are cleared by osho. Thanks for your scientific n reliable video.

God has given all of us a certain lifespan, death won't come without completing our life period. Dr. Should not relate to death, he should relate to maintain heart health. That would be correct manner to relate people.
